Officer, CMMS and Planning

Job Purpose

Officer, CMMS and Planning coordinates related parties for offshore and maintenance activities short-term planning and scheduling in terms of personnel rotation, Personnel on Board, procurement of material, etc. The jobholder ensures safe and efficient transportation of personnel and materials to location in response to operational schedule. 

Key Accountabilities (1)

  • Coordinate with offshore parties such as Production, Maintenance, Project, Drilling, Well Services, Logistics, and Construction teams to gather activities to be performed in short-term and consolidate schedule for personnel rotation, personnel on board, and related materials and transportation arrangement to ensure the personnel and material are transported to location in accordance with asset activities plan. 

  • Obtain maintenance work plans from SAP and develop maintenance activities into short-term and medium-term plan for discussion in IAP meeting. 

Key Accountabilities (2)

  • Coordinate with Operations Planner to prepare Integrated Activities Plan (IAP) and four-week look ahead plan (FWLAP) and facilitate plan review meetings as relevant. 

  • Develop crew boat schedule for personnel and material transportation both intra-field and inter-field (if required) and coordinate with Operator, Radio to arrange transportation accordingly. 

  • Keep track and follow up of actual work progress vs plan and prepare summary report of work schedule compliance on regular basis. Analyze issues and develop plan to improve schedule compliance. 

  • Act emergency response roles as being assigned in Site’s Emergency Response Plan  

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in offshore operation and understand offshore activities and operations safety requirement 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in offshore activities planning  

  • Able to use either Primavera, or MS Project for schedule planning 

  • Analytical skill and problem-solving skill 

  • Good interpersonal, planning and coordinating skill
