Job Purpose
To ensure all inventory transaction system (SAP) is maintained accurately. The effectiveness of data record by accuracy is a key factor in job owner ability to ensure supporting operation smoothly. To manage all shipment in accordance with Freezone ( if applicable) and Non-Freezone Warehouse relevant Customs and Company regulations including in compliance with Company SSHE requirement.
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure accuracy of Data record, inventory Cycle count report & All transaction reports without inventory discrepancy
• In-charge of the accuracy transaction data record in SAP and/or any other company’s system as required.
• Enforces strictly compliance with inventory transaction and warehouse management regulations including Freezone Customs/Thai law regulations ( If applicable ) .
• Conduct routine cycle count of inventory material based on any required criteria.
• Manage all related inventory document.
• Review complied inventory reports (Goods Receipt Report, Goods Issue Report, Goods Return, etc ).
• Support internal and external inventory audit as required by Company.
• Advice and share knowledge of inventory transaction management regulations/procedures .
• Comply with Company SSHE procedures including all related Company rules and regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Good planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency skill in Microsoft office ( Excel, Microsoft word)

Additional Desirable Qualifications
- At least 2 years experiences in this similar position preferable
- Experience with Freezone regulation preferable
- Experience with oil & gas company preferable
