Job Purpose

Technician, Logistics administers and coordinates various services such as transportation, accommodation, supplies, food & beverages, communication and safety introduction/ briefing. The jobholder also assists Supervisor in organizing and coordinating transports, cargo, accommodation and administration works for Isan Blocks exploration activities.

Key Accountabilities (1)

  • Coordinate for logistics and administration management
  • Arrange accommodation and necessary supplies including food & beverages
  • Support administrative tasks for all Isan project sites
  • Process in SAP regarding direct purchase and requisitions
  • Administer logistic & vehicle movements/ booking, refuelling, passenger transfers, cargo handling, and relating logistic programs in coordination with asset to facilitate and ensure systematic transport management

Key Accountabilities (2)

  • Assist in allocating accommodations and updating records for all allocation and personnel on board
  • As assigned, conduct safety induction to all incoming and outgoing passengers including training for newly visit personnel for safety awareness
  • Comply and promote the Company’s SSHE policy, rules and regulations to all works under responsibility

Professional Knowledge & Experience

  • Completion of secondary education
  • Basic knowledge of main functions related to onshore gas/oil production
  • At least one year’s experience in the use of computers and in computer stock control procedures
