Key Accountabilities

• Ensure that all onshore installation and activities are constructable, conducted safely, efficiently and reliably according to Company specifications and industrial requirements. 
• Be a focal point of onshore construction look ahead scheduling, a day-to-day activity and during any emergency response when necessary.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of onshore installation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer and Construction Engineer to ensure readiness of construction package and supervise Contractor Teams for onshore installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure that safety, schedule, commercial, and technical requirements are met
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of E&I systems.
• Coordinate with relevant departments i.e., onshore operation, safety, maintenance, well services, drilling operation and onshore support team, etc. to ensure smooth and safe operation
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship in cable routing (underground and above-ground), termination, panel installation, and instrumentation setup. 
• Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and vendor document
• Participate and provide input in Technical Review sessions (IFR, IFA and AFC drawing review, 3D model review and technical support) relating to Onshore construction.  
• Support construction process optimization, efficiency improvements and lean process improvements.
• Conduct inspections, punch listing, and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Promote and ensure an effective implementation of SSHE rules & regulations & monitoring and best engineering practice.
• Demonstrate leadership in enforcing SSHE compliance on construction sites by toolbox talk, safety walkdown and ensuring proper use of PPE.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• High vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree in related technical/engineering disciplines
• At least 15 years’ experience in construction work or similar areas, including 5 years at a supervisory level
• Good understand and implementing of ITP (Inspection and Test Plan)
• Knowledgeable and familiar with troubleshooting of SCADA, PCS and SIS is preferred
• Knowledgeable and familiar with relevant international code such as IEC, NEC, API, ATEX.
• Hands-on experience in overhead line construction (medium voltage), MPF, Beam Pump, well hook up, ESP, water injection system, mobile nitrogen generator and EOR installation to commissioning.
• Familiar with PTTEP engineering specification (PEGS) is a plus.
• Possess the ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and team building skills 
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
