Job Purpose

Operator, Telecommunication Services Day to day operation to support on outgoing/receiving calls switchboard, radio centralized communication of emergency response, distributing daily production report, Operation service performance report of Facility & office maintenance services. Also, to support emergency team on call logging record.

Key Accountabilities (1)

  • To act as a focal point to contact S1 duty officer during and after office hours, especially in case of emergency and also act to support emergency team on call logging record.
  • Regularly monitor telephone line and communication equipment to ensure full and efficient utilization of the equipment.
  • Respond and provide 24-hour communication services for customers.
  • To record all international and domestic long-distance call, to verify invoices and to submit to supervisor for further process.
  • Gather and distribute such as the daily production report and operation service performance report.
  • To perform and monitor Facility & office maintenance services application & database, follow up service request updated.

Key Accountabilities (2)

  • To gather data with preparation announcement for Company event & activities.
  • To gather booking data and perform reservation accommodation and monitor P.O.B. (Personnel On Board) & POB report.

Role in EMT/ ERT:

Telecom Officer

  • Update emergency contact numbers both internal and external concerned parties.
  • Conduct a weekly call tests with S1 duty roster numbers.
  • Receiving and Logging all emergency information, immediately report to ERT and EMT duty team.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience in telecom / telephone/ radio / computer skill or related fields.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Be flexible, open minded, positive & can-do attitude.
  • Good English communication in writing, listening and speaking.
