Job Purpose

Operator, Depot (LKU) monitors and performs routine operation of crude oil receipt and movement activities in Lankrabue (LKU) Depot to BPR terminal and terminal refineries to ensure compliance with SSHE rules and regulations. The jobholder controls and ensures the quality of crude oils to align with requirements or specification before delivering to clients/ refineries. The jobholder also performs his/her work by adhering to all site SSHE rules and regulations.

Key Accountabilities (1)

  • Develop, maintain, and implement daily plan of crude oil receipt from main production & outstation before delivery to BPR terminal and terminal refineries.
  • Ensure the quality of crude is within specifications before delivery to clients.
  • Monitor and perform routine check of facility and equipment conditions in operation area by following preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and to maintain smooth operation of crude oil receipt and movement activities.
  • Ensure completion of hand-over procedures during shift.
  • Ensure all workers in the operation area clearly understanding their roles, responsibilities and be able to carry out in emergency situation.

Key Accountabilities (2)

  • Ensure that all activities, which performed in Operation area is in safe conditions and follow up with the SSHE Company Policy.
  • Conduct the safety check sheet by following up “Depots-SSHE Year Plan to align with SSHE rules and regulations.
  • Act as a leader and encourage contractors to carry out the “Emergency Exercise” on monthly basis. Support and participate in “Yearly Emergency Exercise” with the third parties.
  • Implement safety talks and safety observation to promote safety awareness to all workers in the operation area.
  • Act as the Company’s representative to maintain good relationship with local community, State Railway of Thailand (SRT) master officer, and public concerned and support all the Company’s activities as required.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • 2 years’ experience in production operations in oil industry or similar.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
