Key Accountabilities

•    Provide advice and support to operational & technical staff and customers on SSHE issues such as setting of relevant rules, highlighting issues and recommending SSHE Standards to ensure that efficient and effective SSHE management is implemented in Asset also to be ensure for compliance with SSHE Management System (SSHE MS).  
•    Develop, implement and maintain Asset-level SSHE management system taking into account asset’s legacy constrains while maintaining compliance to Corporate requirements; Identify gap and develop action plan to close the gap; Feedback on corporate SSHE management system for continuous improvement opportunities.
•    Assist contract holders to implement SSHE contract management and ensure compliance per Asset and Corporate requirements.
•    Analyse and monitor Asset’s SSHE performance; produce report; identify gap; develop and roll out SSHE campaigns/improvement programs in-line with Asset circumstances, Function Group and Corporate programs; assist sites to embed the program into daily operation as well as follow up and complete corrective actions.

Key Accountabilities 2

•    Conduct SSHE activities, communications, campaigns and promotional activities in line with Corporate and Function Group direction. 
•    Coordinate between Function Group / Corporate SSHE and operating site.
•    Champion risk assessment processes utilised at Asset and provide support to operating sites.
•    Coordinate SSHE matters between Asset and external organisations such as partners and government authorities. Oversee and ensure efficient applications of SSHE in relation with Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility activities and Legislation Compliance. 
•    Assist Asset SVP and Management to ensure SSHE competency of Asset’s and sites personnel. Identify, advise and maintain database on SSHE training applicable to all Asset personnel. 

Key Accountabilities 3

•    Assist Asset Senior SSHE Engineer to manage delivery of SSHE training to Asset personnel. This include being an instructor on applicable SSHE training topics.
•    Assist Asset Senior SSHE Engineer in HR issues e.g. plan career progression and identify training and development of Asset SSHE personnel, etc.
•    Conduct asset-level audit programs on related SSHE management system; provide recommendations for continuous improvement; and track until completion of SSHE findings/ recommendations/ actions. And Support in technical audit and review.
•    Guide and advise operational and technical staff in SSHE matters including but not limited to methodologies, techniques, practices and concepts and ensure knowledge transfer in organization.
•    Support the Emergency Response Team in the event of an emergency of field operations and support in organize of Major Emergency exercise.
•    Lead/assist investigation of incidents/ near misses/ work related diseases as required, analyse root causes as well as recommend and monitor all remedial actions plus communicate SSHE lessons learned to concerned parties to prevent recurrence.

Key Accountabilities 4

Specific Environmental accountabilities
•    Support Asset Senior SSHE Engineer and operating facilities to develop and implement Asset-level environmental management plan and programs in line with EIA commitment, corporate and Function Group’s direction.
•    Support operating facilities on environmental management including monitoring, performance reporting, waste management and environmental emergency readiness.
•    Implement and maintain ISO14001.
•    Assist and collaborate with Corporate function in development and coordination of EIA throughout Asset’s lifecycle as well as ensure compliance with EIA mitigation and monitoring program. 
•    Act as Technical Authority (TA) at Asset-level to provide advice, assess, review and grant deviation against relevant standards and specifications.

Key Accountabilities 5

Specific Technical Safety accountabilities 
•    Support Asset Senior SSHE Engineer and operating facilities to develop and implement Asset-level process safety plan and programs taking into account legacy asset’s constrain and in line with corporate and Function Group’s direction.
•    Provide process and technical safety support to operating sites and related high-risk activities (e.g. drilling, logistics in G1 area) including leading safety studies, Safety Case, risk assessment, Management of Change (modifications, deviation, downgraded situations), assist in process safety performance reporting, monitoring and analysis. 
•    Champion work processes within the Asset related to Process Safety Management e.g. Process Safety Information, Process Hazard Analysis, Safety Case.
•    Use appropriate tool and software for safety analysis, calculation, design aid.
•    Act as Technical Authority (TA) at Asset-level to provide advice, assess, review and grant deviation against relevant standards and specifications.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

•    Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering or SSHE related field.
•    Minimum of 7-year experience in operation of oil and gas industry.
•    Minimum of 5-year experience in SSHE related field.
•    Proven experience and knowledge of overall SSHE management systems with distinct expertise in the following area(s)

o        Operational safety
o        Process/Technical safety
o        Environmental management

•    Self-motivator, assertive and good collaborator whilst maintaining good working relationships with all parties.
•    Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
•    Good command of spoken and written English.
•    Knowledge and ability to keep abreast of industry codes, standards, legislation on SSHE.
•    Experience in offshore works.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
•    Membership of professional SSHE body.
•    Experience in ISO14001 and/or ISO45001 implementation or recognised management system
•    Experience in safety engineering
•    Experience in environmental management
