Senior Officer, Digital Business Solutions Support (S4/HANA Project)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the role of PMO Lead in planning and managing the execution of the SAP S/4HANA project to ensure its continuous progress until the project successfully goes live according to the planned schedule. Also responsible for overseeing system stabilization during the post go-live support period in mid-2027 to ensure the system is fully functional and operating efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop plans and manage project execution to achieve objectives within the specified timeline and budget.

• Assess and identify potential risks to the project, as well as prepare risk mitigation plans and handle issues that arise during project implementation.

• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, and drive project execution collaboratively with all teams to ensure success.

• Coordinate and work with the Change Management team to ensure smooth handling of changes resulting from the project.

• Monitor, evaluate, and regularly report the project status to the Project Manager.
