Senior Engineer, Integrated Planning Support

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze existing business and operational work processes in GoT to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead business process mapping, value stream analysis, and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize work processes, procedures, and governance frameworks across functions.
• Facilitate cross-asset alignment to ensure consistency in operational practices and process execution.
• Promote continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles.
• Support the design and implementation of digital solutions, automation tools, and workflow optimization technologies.
• Ensure business processes are digitization-ready and aligned with digital transformation roadmap
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Develop communication materials, process documentation, and training content to support work process improvement across GoT assets.
