Job Purpose
Officer, Talent Acquisition Support will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding employees for PTTEP and subsidiaries. It is required for person to perform this role to have a proactive approach to identify talent and promote PTTEP’s brand through various recruitment initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as employer branding initiative online and offline to build pipelines of potential applicants.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening to final offer negotiation.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability using a range of methods such as structured interviews, technical and behavioural assessments, and functional tests.
- Manage annual accelerated development program (ADP), internship, high school attraction campaign, and scholarship project.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in talent acquisition and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, HR database, and skillful in LinkedIn talent search.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and professional demeanor.
