Officer, Stakeholder Management Support
Key Accountabilities
- Support on Stakeholder Management Strategy Formulation, Stakeholder Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement Survey Methodology Formulation, and coordinate with related functions/departments on Stakeholder Engagement Survey Implementation
- Support on preparation of updating following guidelines;
Stakeholder Management Guideline
Stakeholder Engagement Survey Guideline
Donation Guideline
Grievance and Issue Management Guideline
Involuntary Resettlement Guideline
Issue and Stakeholder Management Guideline
- Ensure implementation and governance of all guidelines across the company
- Support the development of a system (online workflow) for collecting data and engagement plans for stakeholder management
- Prepare reports related to Stakeholder Management to managements
- Provide support and guidance to functional groups (FGs) in identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs, and developing a stakeholder engagement plan to strengthen relationships and achieve FGs' goals.
- Collaborate closely with functional groups (FGs) to address and resolve stakeholder issues and requests, ensuring the achievement of FGs' goals.
- Assist functional groups (FGs) effectively utilize the stakeholder management system.
- Track and assess the progress and effectiveness of the stakeholder engagement plan.
- Manage the stakeholder database.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field
- At least 5 years experienced in Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Public Affairs and/or Community Relations
- Good command of writing and speaking English
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
