Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute a development program for PTTEP talent and management group
  • Develop and implement management development and talent management systems, tools, and programs by designing a holistic development program to groom PTTEP talent
  • Study, design, and implement a talent management digital system that can enhance talent management activities
  • Prepare career histories and related information (e.g., career interests, leadership potential inventory, assessment results, etc.) to support management appointments, rotations, and promotions through the Career Review Board (CRB), in alignment with the succession plan.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any fields
  • Experience in HR at any field at minimum 5 years and interest in HR Development
  • HR knowledge and experience is advantage but not necessary if you are eager to learn
  • Comfort and ability to work with Executive and Management 
  • Creative and initiative
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC = 750 at minimum)
  • Period of assignment - Approximately 3 years
