Officer, IT Strategy and Planning Support

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure alignment   IT/Digital of Inter Asset  towards IT Corporate  policy, standard, guideline and enterprise architecture
  • Review and advise on Asset’s digital work plan, budget, and manpower
  • Recommend/Inform IT/digital strategy and roadmap  from IT Corporate
  • Coordinate/Support between IT Inter Asset and PTTDIGITAL
  • Manage/Coordinate/Report IT/Cyber risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance
  • Communicate between IT  Inter Asset and/or BRM
  • Act as BRM and PM for International Project

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Minimum  5-7 years of work experience in IT and  understand in Enterprise Architecture is advantage. 
  • Have an experience with upstream oil and gas business and understand Production Sharing Contract (PSC) methodology
  • A good understanding of/or experience with IT project portfolio management, risk/compliance/governance management and IT financial management
  • Excellent technical abilities, strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and project management abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of a wide variety of systems, software packages, technologies, and vendor strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the technical architecture landscape and be able to apply that knowledge to solving complex business problems.
  • Expert level of skill and experience from an information technology perspective.
  • Proven record of working cross functionalities to solve problems and implementing changes.
  • Certificate relevant for IT field is a plus
  • Excellent  English communication skills and have ability to convey ideas in written form and verbal
  • Able to work/support with different time zone.
