Key Accountabilities

  • Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiatives.
  • Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk and assess the risk of change and provide actionable plans on reducing the impact.
  • Develop project change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Work cooperate with respective project teams and further managers involved in the organizational change.
  • Facilitate and coordinate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of change initiatives.
  • Coordinate change management activities at implementation to ensure that all planned activities are carried out smoothly.
  • Continually assess progression of change readiness by stakeholder groups and refine or supplement the change management plans as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Work closely with the role responsible for benefits realization management to monitor adoption and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes.
  • Drive and support communication efforts in design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Drive and support training efforts in providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Psychology or equivalent field of study and professional experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an organizational / behavior change management specialist, business analyst or project manager.  
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Knowledge regarding business process redesign and strategic planning.
  • Experience in project management, consulting and communicating with senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal users.
  • Comfortable and effective in eliminating barriers and working across organizational, functional boundaries to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, reprioritize tasks, establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and excellent active listening skills.
