Key Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project in Maintenance business domain, including plant maintenance, and quality management.
- Work collaboratively with business users to understand business processes in Maintenance domain and recommend the appropriate SAP S/4 HANA and/or other solutions.
- Manage the configuration and optimized customization of SAP S/4 HANA modules to align with the specific needs of business.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA with existing IT systems and applications.
- Ensure thorough testing of SAP S/4 HANA configurations to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
- Review comprehensive documentation of SAP S/4 HANA implementation processes and configurations.
- Plan and manage solution deployment activities, and operational transition activities.
- Participate in people change management activities.
- Supervise and control third-party service providers to deliver the works and/or services as expected.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study and professional experience.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation projects, preferably in oil & gas or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, especially Plant Maintenance and Quality Management and its relevant modules (e.g. PM, QM, etc.)
- Experience working in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects would be advantage.
- Deep understand the integrated processes and components across ERP functions in oil & gas industry.
- Able to drive and facilitate the sessions with business users to gather business requirement, propose and advise for solutions, get buy-in / acceptance.
- Experience in supervising and managing third-party contractors.
- Strong analysis, and problem resolution skill.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various business teams.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry would be an advantage.
