Officer, Digital Business Solutions

Key Accountabilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Business and IT.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and supervise third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a project plan to be shared with internal clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress.
- Drive business requirements gathering and analysis on multiple business domains and document business requirements.
- Lead and/or work in solution selection, and develop solution design (functional, technical, data, and security design).
Key Accountabilities (Cont.)
- Conduct proper impact analysis to the overall IT system landscape and ensure all components are designed to fulfill the business requirements.
- Manage and control the quality of solution testing, and coordinate user acceptance test.
- Support the project activities from initiation through deployment and application maintenance.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study and professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a project manager and business analyst
- Be able to drive and facilitate business requirement gathering activities
- Experience in managing third-party vendors in a project implementation.
- Experience in scripting, and programming would be an advantage
- Strong analysis, and problem resolution skill
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer/business focused, result-oriented, and service mindset.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry would be an advantage.
