Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the Business and IT. 
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and supervise third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a project plan to be shared with internal clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress.
  • Drive business requirements gathering and analysis on multiple business domains and document business requirements.  
  • Lead and/or work in solution selection, and develop solution design (functional, technical, data, and security design).  

Key Accountabilities (Cont.)

  • Conduct proper impact analysis to the overall IT system landscape and ensure all components are designed to fulfill the business requirements. 
  • Manage and control the quality of solution testing, and coordinate user acceptance test. 
  • Support the project activities from initiation through deployment and application maintenance.  
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study and professional experience. 
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a project manager and business analyst
  • Be able to drive and facilitate business requirement gathering activities  
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors in a project implementation.  
  • Experience in scripting, and programming would be an advantage 
  • Strong analysis, and problem resolution skill 
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Customer/business focused, result-oriented, and service mindset.  
  • Experience in Oil and Gas industry would be an advantage.
