Key Accountabilities

Responsibility/ Job Description:  

  • Maintain business relationship and manage demand pipeline for new or changes of IT products and services in Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
  • Manage the digital business solutions throughout the entire lifecycle including project management, project execution, and operational management to create long-term values to the business.
  • Understand business processes in Supply Chain and Logistics domain. Analyze business requirements to identify new and/or improvement of existing digital business solutions. Gain insight to drive the solutions in user-experience centric.
  • Develop product lifecycle management plan or roadmap for the solutions in the responsible business domains to ensure investment optimization.
  • Develop the business and solution architectural artifacts that support and comply with the target enterprise architecture.
  • Participate in defining the charge out mechanism for the business solutions and track usage to ensure the appropriate charging to clients.
  • Manage the implementation of business solutions, leveraging the suitable methodologies such as agile methodology.
  • Act as the change agent in supporting the organizational and behavior change management to get buy-in and acceptance.

Key Accountabilities (cont.)

  • Ensure alignment to enterprise architectural blueprint and compliance to PTTEP policies, standards, and controls.
  • Supervise and control third-party service providers to deliver the works and/or services as expected. Contribute in providing vendor performance feedback to the relevant team for long-term vendor management.
  • Plan and manage all levels of solution testing to ensure quality and achievement of agreed service levels.
  • Manage and track all defects, determine appropriate resolution, and perform release management.
  • Contribute in activities required for risk management.
  • Support Data Management requirements as defined by PTTEP strategies and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study and professional experience. 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager, business analyst, or business application support in Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
  • Understand the integrated processes and components across ERP functions in oil & gas industry.
  • Able to drive and facilitate the sessions with business users to gather business requirement, identify pain points, propose and advise for solutions, get buy-in / acceptance.
  • Experience in supervising and managing third-party vendors in both project implementation and operational support work.
  • Understand and experience in application lifecycle management.
  • Strong analysis, and problem resolution skill. 
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Customer/business focused, result-oriented, and service mindset.  
  • Experience in SAP implementation would be an advantage.
