Officer, Corporate Culture Support

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute roadshow regarding PTTEP Corporate Culture (EP SPIRIT) to all sites in M&A assets
  • Support corporate culture activities and communication plan in M&A assets such as Malaysian, UAE, Partex, etc.
  • Organize and support EP SPIRIT workshops for Leaders and staff (plus induction program for new employees)
  • Implement EP SPIRIT Change Agent (Transformer) 
  • Support activities as well as logistic and administration such as prepare workshop materials, logistic arrangements, launch games to promote EP SPIRIT, etc.
  • To support special projects such as running/biking race, sport day, etc.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum working experience 3 years preferably in Corporate Culture / Employee Relations
  • Able to travel and enjoy doing activities on regular basis
  • English competency both spoken and written (TOEIC 650 scores)
