Officer, Compliance
PTT Exploration and Production PCL.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide advice and consultation to ensure full compliance to legal requirements
- Provide advice the conformance of internal regulations with the laws and regulations
- Organize the compliance training and communication as assigned
- Manage the company legislation database
- Assist in developing and monitoring of compliance program
- Assist in monitoring of regulatory compliance and compliance risk management
- Perform other related tasks as assigned including being part of GRC working team
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields (Law degree is a plus)
- 2-3 years of compliance-related experience is preferred (i.e. GRC, Legal)
- Experience in working with multi-discipline team
- Good knowledge in oil and gas business especially in terms of governing laws and regulations
- Good communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill and an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Good analytical, planning and project management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
