Key Accountabilities

  • Provide advice and consultation to ensure full compliance to legal requirements  
  • Provide advice the conformance of internal regulations with the laws and regulations
  • Organize the compliance training and communication as assigned
  • Manage  the company legislation database
  • Assist in developing  and monitoring  of compliance program
  • Assist in monitoring of regulatory compliance and compliance risk management
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned including being part of GRC working team

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields (Law degree is a plus)
  • 2-3 years of compliance-related experience is preferred (i.e. GRC, Legal)
  • Experience in working with multi-discipline team
  • Good knowledge in oil and gas business especially in terms of governing laws and regulations
  • Good communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skill and an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical, planning and project management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
