Officer, Business Travel Services Support
Officer, Business Travel Services provides guidance and advice about policies, processes, and procedures on business travel, including analysing of problems to provide solutions and/or report cases to supervisors. The job holder verifies expenses and monitor budget VS expense incurring from business travel services arrangement, perform analysis of business travel statistics and producing reports both periodically and on requested. Additionally, the job holder requires to monitor and prepare for related business travel contracts with external parties i.e. hotels, airlines, travel agencies, etc. referring to Company procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate contracts with vendors i.e. hotels, airlines, travel agencies, etc. referring to Company procurement policies and procedures
- Ensure procurement process under business travel services meet company compliance
- Verify expenses, monitor budget VS expense, and perform analysis of travel services related data i.e. spending, service satisfaction, activities, etc.
- Ensure smooth operations of business travel system align with travel policy and guideline.
- Support user requests to meet specified standard and coordinate with related parties to get problems solved.
- Assist Supervisor in formulating and executing workplan, budget and actions plan in alignment with function’s strategy and objectives including monitoring progress.
- Assist Supervisor in establishing and revising policy, process, procedures, guidelines, etc. related to business travel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, direct experience in business travel services is preferable
- Good communication skill
- Service-Minded with pleasant personality
- Good coordinating, interpersonal and time management skills
- Good computer skills and standard software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
