Key Accountabilities

  • Take role of Business Process Leader to implement SAP S4 HANA – EPPM/PPM/CPM for scope of brownfield modification projects.
  • Analyse current business processes and seek for process improvement.
  • Provide, review and finalize scope of requirement and work closely with Contractor until completion of the project
  • Coordinate and manage relevant parties to gather requirement, summarize the scope, clarify all comments/issues to match the business workflow to SAP EPPM software
  • Facilitate the data gathering, data cleansing, and support data migration from existing legacy systems to the new SAP system

Key Accountabilities (Continued)

  • Assist and advise the system integration (as end user) among existing legacy systems and new software
  • Where requires, responsible for Offshore&Onshore brownfield modification projects and coordinate with cross-function teams e.g. Project Engineer, Discipline Engineer, Planner, offshore operation, etc. to support construction work
  • Define project scopes and plans, work programs and budgets, and project development strategies in compliance with the Company’s policy and objectives
  • Monitor and manage stakeholders to ensure the project’s performance and compliance in terms of schedule, QA/QC policies, safety requirements, cost control, and applicable codes and standards are aligned with the defined strategies and approved plans. Initiate appropriate corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure the proper administration and follow-up of the project’s documentation e.g. Change Order Request, drawings, etc. Generate corrective actions when required.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering.
  • 7 years of experiences work of oil and gas or petrochemical or refinery industries.
  • Have experience working with SAP-PS/PM/MM modules
  • Having experience working with SAP EPPM / CPM / CPM is preferable
  • Possess data and information skill or be in the position of using, managing & controlling data is preferable
  • Having experience of key user roles involving in software / application development, understand how business requirements are translated to software requirements.
  • Understand IT basic knowledge e.g. UI/UX design, Application Programming Interface, Database, etc.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences (Continued)

  • Having Experience to lead design thinking workshop, familiar with Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Functional Design Specification (FDS), system integration, and data migration is preferable
  • Having a background in Electrical, Instrumental, or Control Engineering would be advantage.
  • Competent to supervise the team workforce, including contractors and vendors in project type work (planning, scheduling, cost estimate, administration etc.)
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent computer applications skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
