Engineer, Maintenance (Mechanical)

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaise with contractor/offshore to plan and schedule vibration survey program on rotating machinery consisted of collection, diagnosis, interpretation of vibration analysis data. Conduct lube oil analysis and thermography survey in offshore operation
  • Keep track, monitor and record all predictive maintenance information with contractor/offshore. Coordinate with discipline engineer to troubleshoot machinery vibration problem in timely manner
  • Analyse vibration data and interpret them into trend for preventive and predictive maintenance in order to monitor vibration level of all rotating machineries
  • Maintain all statistic and establish reliable trend analysis of vibration data, infrared inspection and corrective action
  • Lead, supervise and manage team to achieve business goal and maintenance KPI
  • Plan and monitor both long‐term & short‐term predictive maintenance plans, KPls and budgets
  • Work with discipline engineers to set up equipment predictive maintenance strategy. Maintain and perform failure/statistics review and improvement to ensure Plant Reliability
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly report for predictive maintenance
  • Research and develop new methodology to improve Reliability and Integrity system, Cost optimization and Risk reduction

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience: operations and maintenance in oil and gas
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience: predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis, lube oil analysis and thermography survey
  • Good attitude, enthusiasm, creative and diligence

  • Possess good service mind to support key customers and business partners
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, well collaborating with others
  • Effective coordination skill to liaise with other functions
  • Enthusiastic, good attitude, excellent communication and collaboration skill
  • Seek for continuous improvement in working process, able to challenge existing states and/or processes and understand trade-off
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Minimum TOEIC score 750
