Job Role
This position will be assigned to coordinate and carry out the preparation of decommissioning documents for onshore Oil and Gas facilities and support for onshore decommissioning execution.
Key Accountabilities
- To coordinate with relevant parties to carry out the decommissioning documents which requires by law for onshore assets, i.e. initial decommissioning plan (IDP), decommissioning cost estimation (DCE), decommissioning environmental assessment (DEA), best practical environmental option (BPEO), final decommissioning plan (FDP), etc.
- To prepare procurement strategy and participate in tendering processes for sourcing the vendor to support the work.
- To coordinate with relevant parties and support for onshore decommissioning execution
- To coordinate with vendor and review the report from vendor.
- To coordinate with regulator to align the requirements.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in engineering, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in engineering and construction of Oil and Gas facilities
- Familiar with onshore facilities is preferable.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
