(Senior) Officer, Organization Effectiveness Support (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

 

         Study, analyze, design, and recommend effective key business processes and systems throughout the business cycle in alignment with the company business strategy and direction. Update, maintain and improve Delegation of Authority with the process owners and key users. Be the custodian of PTTEP Delegation of Authority and Signature (DAS).

 

 

 

(Senior) Officer, Organization Design (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

 

         Study and design PTTEP operating model, organization structure and job in alignment with company business strategy and direction and ensure its implementation. Analyze business requirements, provide solutions and propose improvements relating to job design and organization structure. Provide consultation and recommendation on organization structure, line of command, roles and responsibilities to line functions and users.

 

 

 

(Senior) Officer, Competency Management Support (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

 

          Develops competency development tools and programs for staff’s development purposes to serve Business Requirement. The jobholder has to ensure Competency Management programs are effective and utilized appropriately to enhance Company’s capability.

 

 

 

HR Business Partner (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

 

          Acts as a focal point of contact for line functions and staff to provide advice on organization and HR related matters. The jobholder must be able to initially handle the issues/ requests or may call for specialized support from HR Center of Excellence and must follow up and ensure that requests and requirements are completed efficiently and on time.  The jobholder works closely with business line functions to attract, develop, and retain personnel through promotion, rotation plan, career counselling, etc

 

 

 

Officer, Compensation and Benefits Support (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

          Design compensation and benefits structure model and policy for corporate and overseas subsidiaries e.g. base pay, variable pay, incentive programs, benefits programs, work related allowance and pay positioning. Develop, monitor, and improve HR Master policy, standards, and guidelines. Undergo compensation and benefits benchmarking with market and industry to ensure competitiveness.

 

 

 

Officer, Leadership Development Support (5-years contract with option to be permanent staff)

 

          Maintain and ensure the correctness of employee and management data and development plan in Power BI and in-house system and prepare it for management review. Organize and conduct the end-to-end process of a leadership development program for middle management level and mentoring program for high potential employees and Design ads, such as e-posters, for a leadership development campaign and initiate ideas to build awareness and understanding of leadership competencies and development programs.

 

 

 

Officer, Learning and Development Support (5-years contract, renewable)

 

          Manage staff scholarship process (annual quota/ announcement / selection) Prepare data to be presented in Management Committee (consideration and acknowledgement) for annual scholarship and other special issues raised by concerned parties.Being a focal point of staff scholarship issues and payment for both overseas and domestic scholarship. Being a focal point of Host Country Scholarship Program. 

 

 

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related fields
  • Understanding of technical operation or familiar with oil & gas work environment is a plus
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC > 750)
