Key Accountabilities (Continued)
Job Purpose

Business Analyst, SCM Business System is responsible for developing and implementing business systems for Supply Chain Management function. The jobholder manages the whole loop of Supply Chain Management system development: analyzing users’ requirements/issues, proposing for solutions, driving the system development and implementation, transferring knowledge to the users. The jobholder is also accountable for access authorization control, troubleshooting, user group forum, coordination with other teams and seek improvement for Supply Chain Management Business Process and System

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate and work with related parties for developing and implementing a business system and ensure its functions are complied with company’s requirement, rules and regulations.
  • Analyze users’ requests or issues, provide advices and solutions, and propose for system modification, configuration and summarize the system change proposals to get approval from management.
  • Conduct business system functionality testing and ensure the system is ready to use before system Go-Live.
  • Prepare and ensure the up-to-date Supply Chain Management business system operational manuals and procedures.
  • System training, Transfer business system knowledge to users and related parties to support operations.
Key Accountabilities (Continued)
  • Coordinate with IT department to maintain approval routing workflows according to organization, DAS changes.
  • Verify, maintain, monitor user’s authorization access to ensure correct Segregations of Duties (SOD).
  • Plan and organize user group forum to consolidate issues / requirements for business system improvement, enhancement, or modification.
  • Provide advices and coordinate with the system administrator in assets to ensure the Supply Chain Management business system models are maintained and standardized.
  • Always seek for improvement in business process and system aspects to increase company operation efficiency, value creation and compliance.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields
  • More than 5-year experience in EP Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
