Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with Project Engineers and Discipline Engineers to prepare purchasing requisition (PR)
  • Issue purchasing order for the Material / Service under the Contracts
  • Perform procurement of materials and services to support construction activities, in compliance with Company’s procedures, rules & regulations
  • When requested by Project Engineer, perform material reservation from STOCK.
  • Monitor, follow-up to ensure that all required materials have been ordered and/or reserved from stock.
  • Monitor and track status against PO delivery date to prevent overdue
  • When material arrived or service completed, verify, and make goods/ service received against Purchasing Requisition (PR), Purchasing Order (PO), Service Order (SO) and/or contracts & agreements.
  • Verify payment as per contract term & condition and conduct cost analysis and variance clarifications
  • When requested by Project Engineer, contact Vendor/Contractor to get budgetary quotation and follow-up until receiving
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for mobilization/demobilization arrangement of manpower to/from offshore to ensure the effective offshore logistics management, as necessary

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years’ experience relating to procurement of Construction Material, other procurement, or Technical Assistance related
  • Experiences Working with PTTEP’s working environment is preferable
  • Experiences in oil and gas industry with knowledge in basic petroleum E&P operations is preferable
  • Good computer skills in standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good multi-tasks planning, service-minded and communication skill
  • Fast learning, adapt to change, willing to work out of scope, “Team Target” mindset

Additional Desirable Qualification

Knowledge of SAP mater data and transaction data, including project module objects – work break down structures, project networks, as well as integration with other modules
