Job Purpose
Analyst, Digital Project Management is responsible for managing Digital Transformation projects to ensure successful execution and achievement of defined goals. The role involves developing initiative plans, supporting initiative leaders, monitoring progress, and reporting to the management team. The job holder coordinates with all relevant functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success while serving as a change agent to foster engagement and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute PTTEP’s Digital Transformation strategy, roadmap, and plans, driving adoption and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to drive digital transformation aligned with corporate strategy.
- Develop digital roadmaps and strategic goals based on BU’s needs.
- Engage stakeholders to prioritize digital initiatives and investments.
- Manage the BU’s digital portfolio to ensure strategic alignment.
- Track and report the impact of digital initiatives on performance.
- Ensure digital investments are effective, purposeful, and deliver ROI.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable end-to-end transformation.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 5-10 year experience in project management
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
