Analyst, Cash and Liquidity Management Support

Key Accountabilities

Analyst, Cash and Liquidity Management is responsible for managing cash flows of PTTEP Group, performing cash management functions and responsible for other treasury management activities in order to support Company’s growth target under financial discipline framework and to ensure that the liquidity is sufficient with the optimal level of working capital and excess cash is invested at competitive returns.

  • Closely monitor and manage cash inflow / outflow and liquidity of PTTEP Group and transfer among each account as appropriate to ensure no cash deficit and the excess cash is invested at competitive returns
  • Manage and maintain efficient cash pooling for PTTEP Group’s Treasury Center
  • Prepare daily cash position report, short term (up-to-1-year) cash flow projections on daily and monthly basis and 12-month rolling report of PTTEP and all its subsidiaries
  • Analyse financial projection and prepare dividend declaration of PTTEP’s subsidiaries in compliance with the company's capital structure policy, taxes, rules and regulation

Key Accountabilities (Continued)

  • Manage group bank account structures and centralize bank account operations and banking services for PTTEP Group
  • Prepare and monitor the Power of Attorney (POA) for PTTEP and all its subsidiaries to ensure the treasury authorization is in compliance with internal regulations
  • Manage bank guarantee e.g. issuance, safe keep and return to support operations of assets/new investments e.g. Bid Bond, Performance Bond
  • Prepare credit facilities report (both committed and uncommitted) and perform credit facilities renewal in timely manner 
  • Process and maintain transactions in SAP (TRCM Module) and perform necessary adjustments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in timely manner
  • Liaise internally, and if necessary any external stakeholders, about cash management activities

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and tax
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Operational performance - attention to detail and accuracy, providing consistent, timely and high quality works
  • Accountability & Productivity - capable of planning and organizing the work in timely manner, responsible for the work and be prepared to take over new responsibilities and projects
  • Collaboration and communication - be able to work as a team and under time constraint environment
