Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

Strategy Development and Implementation
• Regularly review and update the sustainability framework (HPO-GRC-SVC), policies, strategy, management system, and long-term roadmap. Develop an annual workplan that aligns with international and industry best practices, as well as ESG global trends, to ensure PTTEP's sustainable growth.
• Assess ESG and emerging risks with potential impacts to PTTEP’s sustainability. Collaborate with SRM to ensure effective and sufficient management of sustainability risks.
• Perform gap analysis and drive continuous improvement in sustainability (ESG) performance through international and domestic ESG assessments (DJSI, SET, etc.), ESG raters, and investor requirements.
• Lead/support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies to achieve long-term goals and targets, focusing on PTTEP’s materiality issues, ESG and emerging risks related to sustainability and current thematic initiatives, such as Circular Model for E&P, Ocean for Life/Ocean Data Platform and sustainable supply chain, while ensuring effective gap closure in collaboration with responsible functions.
• Manage sustainability-related projects and initiatives under TSD, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Monitor and analyze the progress of the sustainability strategy and long-term roadmap, reporting to management and directors (MC, CGSC, BoD). Identify opportunities for improvement and adjust sustainability initiatives and workplan as needed to achieve goals.
Communication and Change Management
• Develop and implement communication and change management strategies that align with PTTEP's sustainability goals and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver sustainability training programs for employees to foster a culture of sustainability. Raise awareness of sustainability issues and initiative through internal communications and event.
• Create communication materials and tailor messages to resonate with various stakeholders to enhance visibility and engagement in PTTEP’s sustainability efforts. 
• Manage disclosure via official company communication channels such as the PTTEP website and sustainability aspects in annual report. Ensure transparency in reporting aligning with recoginized frameworks such as GRI.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability communication strategies and adjust approaches based on feedback and results.
 

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, engineering or related fields

Additional Desirable Qualification

Desired knowledge & skills:

  • Experiences in sustainability, environmental management, corporate planning or project management
  • Ability to analyze sustainability (ESG) components holistically and incorporating the implications to business
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices, ESG assessment and reporting standards (e.g. GRI, TCFD, TNFD) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the E&P business and operations 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC Score Requirement = 750) 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary environment
