(Senior) Engineer, Infrastructure Management

Job Purpose

Engineer, Infrastructure Management is responsible for planning and execution of infrastructure projects which includes engineering design, procurement, construction execution, and commissioning. He/ She will also ensure the documents are properly prepared for licensing and construction. Main responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, interfaces, and manages stakeholders to ensure that the projects meet agreed targets and deliverables in timely manner with safety, quality and within the approved budget. He/ She shall be a dynamic and results-driven Engineer for an Infrastructure Management position in our fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

1) Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones and deliverables for Infrastructure Development Projects.
2) Team Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D teams, engineering team, Construction team, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project targets.
3) Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and timeline adherence.
4) Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including personnel and budget, to maximize efficiency and maintain project timelines.
5) Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all activities align with relevant standards and regulations, maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
6) Documentation: Oversee the documentation of project activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference and compliance purposes, including projects close-out packages.
7) Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
8) SSHE: Ensure Project Execution under SSHE rules and regulations of the Company and compile with relevant standards Law.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in engineering and construction project execution.
• Proven experience in project management, additional experience in Scale-up Projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations for Construction.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Awareness of SSHE which related to construction safety.
