(Senior) Analyst, Enterprise Transformation Support

Job Purpose

(Senior) Analyst, Enterprise Transformation performs project management of the transformation project consisting of Digital Transformation Initiatives, Spend Smart Initiatives, and Organization Transformation (Mindset) as an enabler. The job holder is required to support the development of the initiative plan, provide support to the initiative owner, follow up and monitor the progress of the initiatives, and report progress to the management team. The job holder also needs to coordinate with all involved functions and initiative leaders to ensure alignment of the execution and project success.

Key Accountabilities

Perform as a Project Management Office (PMO) of the transformation projects:

  • Supporting the development of an initiative plan as well as an implementation of the initiatives through initiative leaders, initiative teams, and key stakeholders
  • Providing support to initiative leaders and initiative teams to ensure implementation success and target achievement as planned, e.g., beneficial gain, budget, and timeline
  • Developing and revising PMO methodologies, standards, and templates/ tools, e.g., KEY system, PS system, new initiative classification, etc.
  • Conducting initiatives governance, e.g., challenge assumptions, review quality, ensure critical interdependencies between projects and significant risks are effectively managed
  • Coordinating among related/ involved functions and all initiatives teams to ensure alignment of execution across PTTEP
  • Monitoring, following up, and updating the progress of transformation initiatives, as well as issuing reports and escalating issues and concerns to management and steering committee as required
  • Conducting and embedding change management along the process and transformation project value chain

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • 5-10 years experience in project management, or relevant E&P technical domain in their fields
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
