Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for ISO9001:2015 and ISO17025 document controller
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the on-time delivery of consumable products e.g. chemicals, gases, glassware, and water bottles, to confirm arrival dates and times.
  • Monitor lab consumable inventory and register rock and fluid samples in the LIMS system
  • Create PR/PO and process PR/PO receipts in the SAP system
  • Monitor the budget for various laboratory team expenses
  • Prepare memos, invoices to correctly charge back assets upon project completion

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in office management, document, and administration with proficiency in office software
  • Able to manage tasks systematically and high responsibility
  • Ability to interact professionally with team, and vendors
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good ability to utilize computer system effectively (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
