PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Gather, compile and analyze accurate data, without supervision, for daily production reports.
  • Monitor, test and operate well-head equipment.
  • Carry out production well and compliance test and perform front line check for any abnormalities without supervision.
  • Able to perform energy isolations (LOTO) in compliance with Permit to work systems
  • To fulfill a specified role during emergency response in accordance with the Emergency Station Bill.
  • Able to lead the daily work planning process with minimum supervision.
  • To perform routine product sampling and basic routine laboratory analysis without supervision, e.g. BS&W, WI quality sampling etc.
  • Able to perform operation of ICSS system (Panelman) including black start, upset condition and normal operation without supervision.
  • Monitor and optimize chemical dosage rate, chemical inventory and maintain chemical injection equipment.
  • Ensure awareness of the facility asset integrity management system.
  • Maintain awareness of the visual condition of the facility and report anomalies.
  • Monitor facility inventories e.g. lube oil, grease, hydraulic oil, diesel, service water, critical spare
  • Plan and assist lifting and rigging activities with limited supervision.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the facility.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Having knowledge and experience to ensure personal and corporate HSE & regulatory compliance.
  • Able to lead and contribute in safety meetings, risks assessments, regular musters, drills and exercises as directed with minimum supervision.
  • Able to lead in start-up, PASR and in safety review of planned shut-down, safety inspections of plant, equipment, machinery and process with minimum supervision.
  • Competent in the administration and use of the field Permit To Work System as Performing Authority. Work towards acquiring competence to perform Gas Tester duties.
  • Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents and near-misses to Supervisor immediately.
  • Lead, participate and contribute in area safety inspections of plant, equipment, machinery and process. Follow up with action plan.
  • To fulfill a specified role during emergency response in accordance with the Emergency Station Bill.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate or Diploma qualification in Plant/Process Operations or relevant technical qualifications.
  • Demonstrate behaviours and capabilities to attain TG3 Competency Level in Production Operation.
  • Understand and comply with any applicable regulation and policies, e.g. PPGUA.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Able to produce technical reports e.g. DPR, Root Cause analysis, SDR with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English language skills.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in related industry.
